Porsche Experience Center Delivery
Available as an option for customers that have specified a vehicle order from Porsche Gold Coast, the Porsche Experience Center Delivery is a unique, personalized and memorable way to take delivery of your new Porsche.
Not Your Ordinary Delivery
Through the Porsche Experience Center (PEC) Delivery Program, you and your chosen guests will spend a half day at the Porsche Experience Center discovering the power, responsiveness and thrill that is Porsche.
The PEC Delivery Program Includes:
- The unveiling and walkthrough of your New Porsche
- Guided Experience Center Tour
- 90 Minute drive session in a similarly optioned PEC Vehicle
- Lunch at Restaurant 356 or 917
Once immersed in the rich history of the brand, you will officially become part of it by taking delivery of your brand-new Porsche. A thorough overview of its features will be given to prepare you for the lifetime of thrills and memories that await.
The introduction will be followed by 90 minutes on the Driver Development Track in a car comparable to your own. Once there, your certified Porsche Drive Coach will help hone your driving skills with personalized guidance that can later be applied when behind the wheel of your own Porsche.
Off the track, you and a guest will be treated to a complimentary lunch at our on-site fine dining. There, reflect on the unforgettable day with stunning views of the track, and enjoy a thoughtfully constructed menu composed of local, organic fare.

Eligibility
Any resident of the United States can take advantage of the Porsche Experience Center Delivery Program in Atlanta and Los Angeles*, provided they place a new vehicle order and later purchase that vehicle from an authorized Porsche Center such as Porsche Gold Coast. The PEC Delivery Program is available for all customers with a factory-specified Porsche order. Customers are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flight and hotel costs.
Procedures
The Porsche Experience Center Delivery program involves a few basic steps:
- Place an order with any authorized Porsche center in North America such as Porsche Gold Coast.
- Choose the model, options, and the Porsche Experience Center Delivery option (ZGA or ZLA*). Please note that with the announcement of Model Year 2024 (MY24), the fee for the Porsche Experience Center Delivery program will be as follows:
- Macan and Cayenne models - $1000
- All other models - $2000.
- To ensure that you receive the exact Porsche you want on the delivery date you specify, place your order at least 12 weeks prior to delivery. Your center may still be able to find you a car in less than 12 weeks, but your selection may be limited by production availability. Delivery dates for “special orders” involving custom or non-standard colors and interiors are subject to material availability. Please check with your center.
- To confirm the order, complete the Porsche Experience Center Delivery Vehicle Order & Agreement with your center, and return it to PEC.Delivery@Porsche.us prior to the vehicle entering production. The order is subject to confirmation by Porsche Cars North America, Inc. The order form must be typed and signed by the customer taking delivery of the vehicle when submitted.
- Upon review of the Order Form, the PEC Delivery Coordinator will reach out to the customer and center with a Welcome email detailing more of the program and offering a delivery window for the vehicle. Deliveries are scheduled by appointment only; customers should not make travel plans until their delivery date is confirmed by the PEC Delivery Coordinator. Appointments are offered only once the vehicle is on a vessel. It is in the guest’s interest to respond quickly when scheduling a delivery date, as dates are first come first serve, with two slots a day, Tuesday through Friday.

Payment
Payment must be made to your authorized Porsche center. Full payment includes the purchase price of the vehicle that was negotiated with your center. Vehicles that are paid for through Porsche Finance or a lease program are eligible for PEC Delivery.
Delivery Cancellation
A cancellation fee will be applied to orders once they are within 2 weeks of the delivery date. This will be in addition to the cost of transporting the vehicle to the purchasing center.
*Non-California customers should consult with Porsche Gold Coast about specific procedures for non-California customers taking Delivery at the PEC LA.
Porsche Experience Center, Atlanta, GA
The Porsche Experience Center, Atlanta is located at One Porsche Drive, Atlanta, GA sharing an address with the Porsche Cars North America Headquarters. You can reach the Porsche Experience Center with a ten-minute taxi ride from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. For preferred hotel accommodations, we recommend the Nobu Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. For assistance in scheduling a stay at the Nobu Hotel, please reach out to your PEC Delivery Coordinator.
PEC ATL is open for new vehicle deliveries Tuesday through Friday and offers two deliveries per day. The morning delivery begins at 8:30am and lasts till 1:30pm and the afternoon delivery begins at 11:30am and lasts till 5:30pm. Both delivery times include complimentary lunch in our fine dining facility, Restaurant 356. The delivery is a full, scheduled experience and we ask that customers arrange their travel accordingly.
On the day of your delivery, you will need to arrive with your valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle registration and insurance, along with your temporary or permanent license plate. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of the PEC Delivery Team and introduced to the day’s agenda and the moment you’ve been eagerly awaiting.
Porsche Experience Center, Los Angeles, CA
Conveniently situated on bustling Highway 405, the PEC LA is located in Carson, California. The 4-mile driver development track will serve as your playground for the 90-minute Drive Experience included in your Delivery. Enjoy lunch in our award-winning Restaurant 917, with a menu to meet any guest’s special requests and uninterrupted views of the track that will keep your heart racing out of the car.
The PEC LA is open for new vehicle deliveries Tuesday through Friday and offers one delivery per day. Once your delivery date is confirmed, you will receive the Porsche Experience Center Brochure & Travel Guide which lists regional points of interest you can visit in your new Porsche. The travel guide is a true testament to the duality of Porsche; by providing suggestions on where to stay and what to do in surrounding cities where you'll explore the everyday features of your vehicle or, how you can get your adrenaline pumping with any of the dynamic driving routes highlighted in the final pages where you'll experience true sports car fascination.
This guide will ensure you and your vehicle have the bonding time you both deserve.
Shipping your vehicle home
If the PEC driving excitement is all you can take for one trip, you can ship your vehicle to your home or Porsche center.
For the transportation of your vehicle after delivery, our suggested transportation company is International Freight Forwarders, Inc. The cost for this transport will be at your expense. Any post-delivery transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Arrangements can be made to have the car dropped off at any location nationwide. Vehicles can NOT be released prior to their scheduled delivery date. The transport agent can NOT pick up the vehicle from the PEC if a vehicle is driven offsite, customers must arrange for the car to be picked up at a nearby designated loading area upon PCNA’s approval.
If you wish to use your own transportation provider, the name and details of the company must be submitted to the PEC Coordinator to approve at least a week before the delivery date. The transport agent can NOT pick up the vehicle from the PEC if a vehicle is driven offsite, customers must arrange for the car to be picked up off-site. Supporting staff to assist with vehicle loading is not possible. Customers must be willing to physically hand over their keys to the transporter.
Vehicles must be picked up by the transporter immediately after the delivery is complete.
